I always stay logged in to my hotmail account on my phone but last night I accidentally logged out. Now when I go to it I have to sign in every time. There's nothing on the login page to even save my email address never mind keep me signed in. I have the app but I can only access my inbox from it, not any other folders. It's a total pain! Is there any way around this? I use IE on my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy Note.

It could be a web broswer Cookie issue.

Depending on your phone / browser check to see how to search for and delete cookies. It will most likely be Hotmail.com, Hotmail.co.uk and / or Live.com cookies that you need to remove.

Hotmail will then automatically provide a new cookie during the next logon process.

Thanks Pinky. I eventually found a link to the desktop login page through microsoft help. It wasn't that nothing would save, it was that the mobile login page doesn't give any options to save anything. Even logging in, switching to the desktop site and logging out took me back to the mobile login. Anyway, all sorted now. Thanks for your help.
