Some years ago I was able to burn CDs galore but have lost the gift.
There is a gentleman who is with me in the music class and he has never heard of Any Dream will Do so therefore finds it difficult to pick up the rhythm - he has trying to play for 3 years. I don't think he can afford to buy the CD when he only wants one song.
I would like to burn one for him - anybody tell me from the start again. Thanks
Once you've installed it, you can open it and pick from a list of options. One of them is "Burn or rip music" then "Create an audio CD" - that's what you need. The folder then opens and all you need to do is click and drag the music in and follow the prompts making sure there is a blank recordable CD in your drive.
You are not going to believe it - don't really know what you are talking about - I need to know from scratch. I did from Limewire I think and it went off the air.
Sorry to go a bit off topic here.....I've heard a song on YouTube and it's lovely. I've looked into buying a CD with it on, but there are many other tracks that I don't want.
Is it possible to put it directly from YouTube onto a CD, or is this infringing some copyright law?
Tbh, I wouldn't mind buying it on a CD if it were available as a single. Trouble is, there are several songs on the only CD I can find, and at £12.99, tis a bit much.
Mrs. chappie - do a search for 'youtube downloader' (you can get it from download.com). A very easy way to grab audio from YouTube; automatically loads the URL and allows you to then convert to MP3.
As for Win Media Player, I sometimes have problems with it. Tried to burn songs I'd written and recorded and it wouldn't let me - said they were copyright protected! I find that Magix MP3 Maker does the trick, but not sure if you can still get this free of charge? Maybe someone else here knows?
