When I get my e mails if I have to open up an attachment they have for the last few months come up in OfficeWord with just a black screen or white one with hundreds of letters and numbers on and I cannot receive them. Not on all e mails though. Does anyone know why

If you don't want to buy Microsoft Office then you can download and use Kingsoft Office Suite which is free and is compatitable with all versions of Microsoft Office and also can be used on Android devices.
