Anyone ever had to clear dried plaster from one?- I just did with a variety of small tools ranging from jewel-size slot screwdriver to a small suede brush, and that now leaves me wondering about possible damage to the contacts inside. Unless someone knows how robust these are?
NB: I cannot remove the cable to check as it has been sunk into a brick wall and the job is ongoing....

when youve done cleaning try it ,they are quite robust
