Problems With Sky On Demand

It's all installed correct and was working fine until a week ago but now when I press 'select to view' the option disappears from the screen but it does not download the programme.
I have plenty of room left on the hardrive

Mine sometimes moves it from the on demand menu to the planner - have you looked on your planner page to see if it's there?
