Password For Mini I Pad

hi folks, many thanks for the advice yesterday re a keyboard for my mini ipad, very helpful advice.

I've got another one, which is slightly more pressing, relating to the Ipad. I have completely forgotten our password to the I pad, I thought it was one thing and it wasn't and I think I might have changed it along the line. Have done all the usual stuff via the tablet to change it and was "advised" that they would send me an e.mail so I could change the password. But that was late yesterday afternoon and I've still received nothing from them. Then I tried again and again, still no e.mail and eventually got locked out for 8 hours. Haven't tried the ipad so far this morning, but would really like to sort out this password issue. Has anyone else had this problem - and might be able to help me solve this issue, please? many thanks, Chox.

Do you mean the 4 digit pincode, if so there's sone info here

If you mean your iTunes password, you'll have to go back into forgotten password so you can get a new email, they are usually instantaneous.
