if you give them both codes, they will then be able to use the service YOU pay for free of charge, you may have a limit on usage and if you do anything over your agreed contract will be charged to you and you could end up with an unexpected bill you cannot see over, no, don;t do it, tell them you do not know the codes as it was set up for you and if the code is on the top of the router on a sticker go and remove it and stick it on the bottom of your freeview box or some where else safe as they may suggest they come in and look at the box for the code, cheeky beggars
I would guess they've been trying to connect to your wi-fi without paying for it, but there's so many signals in the area and they've been kicked off a fair few (Maybe the rest are password-protected).
I'd strongly suggest that you don't give out any information, but ask your neighbour if they need any help with their purchase and you do it for them on your Computer. If your wi-fi isn't password protected, but you might know someone who could show you how to do it, get them round and give the person a bogus password and when they've gone change it, and choose something that only would know and don't give it to anyone or for any reason.

Your computer will detect any and all wi-fi signals in a certain range, the ones that are password protected will have a closed padlock beside them
