Writing On Disc's

I'm trying to back up my files to disc. Windows tell me to write my details on the disc. Anyone know how to do this. Many thanks.

By using a CD/DVD marker pen. They're sold in most large supermarkets and office stationers.

The cheapest place is almost certainly Poundland:
