Software For Saving Sms To A Pc - And Be Able To Read Them On There

Is there any software that will allow me to download my text messages to my computer, and actually be able to read them there?

I know there is plenty of software that will back it up and save it there - but the back up files cannot be looked at - they are just for backup and restore purposes

i know with gomobile you can save them and view them on the pc - but ONLY when the phone is connected to the pc.

I am planning to get a new phone - a different one so the restore may not work on that.

any ideas?

I don't recall names now but there are quite a few or were last time I looked. Try the shareware sites. Most that connect & back up allow SMS admin and all sorts of stuff.
