Trying to set up a Canon printer. To connect wirelessly it says "Press and hold own the WPS button on your device" What and where is that ? Not on the BT hub. Is it on the (Samsung) computer somewhere, under some other name ?

Because of the security concerns mentioned in that Wikipedia article, BT have disabled the WPS feature from their routers. Ignore the 'WPS' instructions and look for the ones for manual configuration (where your printer searches for your router's SSID and you enter the Security Key for your home hub into the printer) I've recently installed a Canon wireless printer that way and it's actually a painless procedure!.

Thanks Chris. I was surprised to find that, and it was easy.

Now how to set it up without using the CD-Rom ?This computer has no slot for a disk. How do I go on without? There must be some authorised online method

You can d/l the printer drivers etc from the Canon website

Thanks SA. My printer, recently bought, is not listed ! (Pixma MG 4250)

Thanks SA. I'll try that. The only version I found by googling for this model was on a site written in such suspect English that I feared the worst if I downloaded from there
