Lining Up Double Sided Printing

I am printing 1cm circles that have a small number on the front and back. They need to be printed and can not be hand written. How can I line them up so they match when I cut out the paper? I have no idea where to start with word. Any help please?

This might, just might, give you a starting point:
I have Microsoft Works, so not the same as you have, but you never know.
Make sure that the margin settings on both pages are the same.
If I want to do that, I click the File tab (top left of word processor screen); on drop-down menu click Page Setup; then set the margins accordingly.
I assume that you can do that on Word?

How about buying sticky-back circles with pre-printed numbers? Something like this. Buy two sets and stick them back to back.

Hi sorry yes well the front will have a 8 digit code and the back will have a 22 digit code. As the small circles are only 1cm I need to be exact. I am unsure if how to cut them out yet thinking of one of this hole punch type things where you use a hammer.
Basically the purpose is to fit the paper under a transparent security sticker which shows the 8 digit code and hides the 22digit code

Ah, right. When you said 'small number', I thought you meant 'small number'. Do you have a duplex printer? If so, you could copy and paste your original page, so you have two pages with precisely equal margins all round and circles in exactly the same place, then type all your numbers into both pages, then print. That would work. If you don't have a duplex printer, perhaps you could email the pages to your local office supplies store for them to print for you. Still not sure about your cutting method though.

How about printing two circles side by side on the paper. Put the first number in one and the second in the other. Then cut both out, like a figure of 8, and fold them over.

Try what I suggested. Two sheets exactly the same, but with different numbers in the circles - and printed on a duplex printer. Result one sheet of paper with different information on each side.

I dont understand what is a duplex printer. We have a double sided printer at work?

The printer you have at work is a Duplex Printer........It prints on both sides.
