when I TURN MY SAMSUNG DVD ON THE TV SCREEN TURNS BRIGHT GREEN AND THEN IT STARTS A HUMMING SOUND WHICH GETS GRADUALLY LOUDER BUT AS SOON AS I START PLAYING THE DVD IT PLAYS PERFECTLY HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS ? AND DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO STOP IT .
