Dongle For My Laptop

Is there a dongle on the market that I can use with my laptop to access the internet that doesn't involve signing up to a contract? I would like one that I can just top up when required.

I have a 02 dongle. I can top it up when I need to but I am not tied into any contract. You can top up for 24 hours, 1 week or 1 month. I think a day is £2 a week £10 and. Month £15.40. It tells you how much data when you top up.
