After a very frustrating few HOURS, I am still not able to connect to my Broadband Hub!
I phoned the BT helpline and spoke to the man in Mumbai....he told be he doesn't know much about Windows 8....So how he is working for BT I do not know!
I had forgotten I had sent an email to BT complaining of poor service last week, so as "luck" would have it an English speaking person called and tried to talk me through to get back online. He ended up taking over my laptop and still couldn't understand why there was no connection.
He is now sending me a new Hub so should be ringing me back on Friday to try again.
I'm quite exhausted from it all now.....nite nite.
