How To Import Email Contacts

I feel sure I have asked this question before but cannot find the answer so please bear with me if I ask again. I am trying to import my Gmail contacts to Seamonkey Mail, & so far getting nowhere, if it counts my system is Windows 7 & my Browser is Mozilla Seamonkey.TIA
