I have a BT Graphite 2500 telephone....this AM, all 3 handsets show the message OUT OF RANGE....when trying to ring all I get is a bleep

Their user guide suggest computer help, costing £ 28 , payable if one is satified with the answer.

I am wary to leave credit card details as I am not technically savvy...

any comment will be gratefully received.

Have you tried plugging in a different handset; a non-wireless one? Just because your internet is working it doesn't mean you haven't got a line problem.

no, I had not....but my daughter has just got in touch via computer.....it is a problem with the line , which she has now reported to BT.

thank you bhg481....what would I do without the help of the ABs...
