No, not legally ; it's a commercial product. But it isn't the only compressed file app one can get.

As OG says Winzip is a commercial product, although you normally get a free trial period.

I use 7zip which is free and can also open Rar files.

Only the cracked version, try -zip instead, does the same list of functions.

try this it does all and more that winzip does plus totally free
