New Tinypic?

Have downloaded the new version of tinypic V3.16b, but no idea how to upload photos to here. I can get it into the space where it is meant to go, but from there it says copy all files, which I do and then nothing, zilch, cannot paste. The older version doesn't seem to work on this computer anymore.
