I'm not sure I understand the question, but just in case, here is what I can do.
I'm running Firefox and there is a little x on the right hand side of every tab which, when clicked, closes it. As I'm using a mouse, clicking on the tab with the scroll wheel will close the tab as well (clicking a link with the scroll wheel will open it in a new tab). Right clicking a tab will bring up a menu of options, one of which is to close the tab. The option to reload all tabs will just reload the pages you currently have in all open tabs not open new tabs for all pages you have previously looked at.
On here there is an arrow symbol to the left of the address bar which I can use to go back a page. Right clicking on the symbol will bring up a list or previously visited pages, so I can select which one to go back to. Right clicking on a blank part of a page brings up a menu which includes a back option.
