Check this out, been with them for over 6 months now with no problems, they have UK helpline too.

Asda used to be one of the cheapest Pay-as-you-go where you paid £10 or £20 pound and took as long as you like to use it up but I understand that they are changing in the New Year and now seem to be offering P-A-Y-G in chunks of 30 days which doesn't exactly fit the pay as you go description!
I shall be looking elsewhere in the New Year.
