I Pad Mini

Just brought an i pad mini for the little one. Had it delivered to the house, so now have to get it working myself. Is it easy to do ? Or difficult ? Can anyone guide me through it ? Also do I have to put my bank account details in, or can she download games, apps but only the free ones. Thanks.

Very easy. Start off as new and then register with Apple to download any apps you want.
