Can anyone please answer my query.I am registered on ebay and have a paypal account. I am shortly going to move house. Will I have to tell Paypal my new address?Also do I just click on my ebay account to change address? Thank you in advance.

Yes, and make sure you amend your delivery address on both and make your new one your primary address before ordering anything.

Yes, go to your profile on both eBay and PayPal and amend your details. It's essential you do this, as anything you buy on eBay will otherwise go to your old address.
