Itv Player. Not Available In Your Region

Hi,
sometimes I can watch itv player, Emmerdale, coronation street etc. then another day it says its not available to watch in my region. any ideas why?

The system probably thinks that you're in Scotland or Northern Ireland or simply can't work out where you are. (Viewers in Scotland can't access some programmes via ITV Player; they have to use stv.tv. Similarly viewers in Northern Ireland have to use u.tv).
