Three days ago, I was excited to upload a new version of my extension (called Ballloon). Google reject the new “Promotional images” twice for some “other” reason. (Google’s feedback said, “beasuse of other reasons”) I have checked the [rules]( https://developer.chrome.com/webstore/images#promo) for several times, nothing can help.
Now for the third time, Google still told me “Image awaiting approval and will be displayed in store once approved”, and it has lasted two days. What can I do? Still waiting or do something? (Even I don’t know how…)
So disappointed about the [present promotional image]( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/Ballloon?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon) which google provided.

Anyone got the same experience? I’ll be very appreciated if anyone can help.

**The sizes of the rejected images are 440x280 pixels and 920x680 pixels**
