recently when going to my hotmail account i´ve noticed the password is always there, even after signing out. whats can i do to stop this?

Assuming you're using Firefox:

Tools (Alt+T) > Options > Security > Saved passwords. Delete entries as appropriate.

For Internet Explorer:

Tools (Alt+T) > Internet options > Content > AutoComplete settings > Manage passwords
