How Do I Save My Email Address On My Ipad ?

I recently bought an iPad and have to keep typing my email address in full on everything.
On my desktop computer it saves it nearly every time.
Any clues please?

try tapping the button instead of sliding it.

There is also another way to do auto fill using an ipad. If you go to 'settings' then 'general' then scroll down to 'keyboard' at the bottom there is shortcuts. You can add whatever you like here. And you only need to start typing and it will finish it for you.
