Hp Envy 5532 Printer

This printer does not have a user defined paper size setting. I have followed instructions on how to create a custom size paper but the new size does not appear in the paper sizes available. However when I try to save the same size again I am told it already exists! Can anyone help please.

Sorted it out myself at last! My interpretation of height and width conflicted with the printer's.
