Morning all Nice day ,bright and sunny earlier but turned a bit hazy now. It's not exactly heatwave temps either as they say in the papers. That Billy Connolly prog is very good.I enjoyed that. I hope it'll get better at some stage Neti.I'm a bit cheesed off it with all to be honest.

Join the itisology club Neti. Have they offered you any treatment ?
Mind you there's not a lot to be done about it.
Different type of dressing on leg now and back Thursday ...this is getting me down big time stylie.
Gritted teeth though and changed beds and did my brother's ironing.
Got out nice and bright in the end but clouded over now.Supposed to be cold and dry for a few days ....Good oh.

Yes 1000mg paracetamol and some oily drink every morning and one capsule of something or other once a month. Will tell you more when I get them.
It's been a dry bright and breezy day, cold tho' and going to get colder. I thought I was feeling better but I've slipped back a bit since tea time.

Oh dear shaney, still no appointment from the hospital?

Oily drink?..are they prescribing 3-in-1 in Ibiza? Welcome to the club neti but you don't have to be old to have an itis or algia you know so you can carry on being a young thing....just a slower young thing.
No appt yet Robinia .Good job I looked at my appt card again.I have to go back on Wednesday not Thursday.
I may as well set up a tent in the carpark :)
That sounds interesting Neti ..did they tell you exactly what type of itisologalgia you have as there are many sorts and what was the result of the bone density scan ?
Not being nosey but I like to see what they are doing about it 'cos they do bggr all here!
I have to say the painkillers she gave me for the leg have eased my itis pains a bit as well .I was dubious at first as they're codeine and paracetamol and I've had probs with codeine based stuff in the past but these seem alright although I just take them at night . I think they called Zappain, something like that.
I'll stop rambling on and go to bed ....night all.
hello creakies. I am having a remission in creakiness at present despite the weather AND the computer works again BUT Sis goes home on tuesday and I will miss her :( she is back for Easter though. oight oight all
Morning...bright, sunny, blue skies, bloomin cold.
I think I ought to do myself a favour and remove myself from Facebook, do some of them forget that people know them in real life/have longer memories? lol

I'd like to know if Ibiza have any miracle cures for algia-itis please. A consultant told me many years ago I needed to live in a warmer place...haha, very helpful.

I was given codeine & paracetamol shaney but they buffered up my insides and made my head even more fuzzier than normal.

Woofy, Easter's early this year, it'll be here before you know it.

I really should move myself before the wind they've promised gets up.

Morning all
Nice and bright but cold ,shower of rain just now though.
Nothing doing here,same old .
Yes they do make you feel a bit fuzzy Robinia hence my just taking them at night and putting up with it during the day. I'm not a fan of continually taking painkillers really but atm I'd swallow eye of newt, and toe of frog if it was going to help with this :)

Have just found a snake in my garden, one of the wild cats was playing with it! We are supposed to let the guardia deal with it, but my fireman neighbour came and sorted it, don't ask! It was long but thin. Never had any on this island until 2 years ago when they came in with imported olive trees. It couldn't half shift!
