The colume is rubbish. Is that normal for this laptop ?

My limited experience of laptop volume is of work laptops and speaker volume there was always adequate. But it's not a PA. I suppose it depends on what you are expecting to use it as. You've done the obvious and checked all volume controls I take it and it's like it for all programmes playing sounds ?
