If it's actually Outlook and not Outlook Express, there should be a 'send' button in the grey toolbars at the top. Normally, it sits under the File Menu.

Thank you SeaJayPea, but I'm afraid there is no grey toolbar, nor is there a "file" option.
Right click in the space at the top of the page and see if that gives you the option to add toolbars. If it does, click in Standard and Formatting. They are the minimum you'll need.

Have done - options are:
Customize Quick Access Toolbar
Show Q Access T.bar below the ribbon
Minimize the ribbon.

SeaJayPea, if you are still "on the air" would you please Google "Aisling Project" and use their "Contact" option. You'll probably make sense of it.
Thank you.
I do actually use Outlook as my email provider and it seems to work OK for me. If I were you, I'd use whoever you normally use for email and type in their address [email protected] and send it through that. I'm guessing you haven't used Outlook before and it's not set up properly on your machine.
I mean that you should do that rather than clicking on their link.

Thank you, I'll do that.
