Where Has Itunes Gone?

Since upgrading my iPad I've lost the iTunes App. How do I get it back please? I've tried the App Store but straight forward iTunes is not there.

are you on iOS 8.0.1 or 8.0.2

Can you click on Search and type iTunes. It may be in another folder.

Or you could try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.
