A funny thing just happened. The end of the trial and they wanted £9.99 per month to continue. I pressed the button not to renew, and then the button that said are you absolutely certain you do not want to renew and I pressed don't renew. Then they wanted me to fill in a little survey asking why I was cancelling which I did. I pressed another don't renew button, and then they came up with a final offer, 5 months at £6.66 a month. So I renewed.
