Has anyone else had problems with one of the above please? Mine keeps "losing" an hour - which is quite a problem when depending on it for the alarm. It's fine when I switch it off at night but, not every night, it goes back an hour - which is then rectified when switched on and the time given out on the hour. I've contacted Pure who tell me that they have not heard of this problem before. They are willing to look at it if I post it back to them - but I expect the cost of posting it, them looking at it and deciding if it can be fixed, will be almost the cost of a new radio!

I just wondered if anyone else had had this problem and, if yes, did they manage to get it sorted?

We've had the i-doc version for many years with no problems at all. We mainly use it in mainland Europe and have to set the time manually (no DAB signal) but, having set it, it stays showing the right time until we move on and have to set it again.
Just a thought...
When you set the alarm you set the volume you want for it to waken you. If,instead of turning off the radio at night you just turn the volume down to minimum, you should be able to get to sleep and, in the morning, the alarm will activate and turn the volume up to that selected for the alarm. With the radio on all night the clock should not reset itself.

Thanks for the tips! This is not a new issue - it's been happening on and off since I bought it several years ago. It can go for months without doing this but has done it every night for the last week! So it's very erratic. I usually use the sleep button to switch it off but will try leaving it on all night to see what happens!
Another option could be to go to sleep with something other than DAB on, as it's only the DAB tuner which picks up the time. If you go to sleep with FM radio or a CD it may not update the time through the night.
I have a similar problem with a Silvercrest (Lidl own-brand) radio-alarm....it's fine for weeks then will reset to an arbitary time bearing NO resemblance to the actual real time!
It doesn't worry me because I don't use the alarm, it does correct itself when the radio is switched on....and it was less than a tenner!
