Having set up a database in MS Works I have tried every which way but loose to get it into Word so that I can use all my short cuts, but to no avail, I have copied and emailed it. I have Windows 98 Second Edition and XP Word. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Word is a wordprocessor. If you want to get a database to work you would need to use Microsoft Access.
