Nero 9

A local computer shop istalled Nero 9 on my new PC which is running on Windows XP.
When I come to use Nero 9 a messgae appears on my screen which says it has encountered a problem and wants to know if it is ok to send and error report to Microsoft .
Computer shop is 10 miles away and are burying their head in the sand... any advice please ?

Why don't you just uninstall Nero 9 in add/remove programmes. If you find that solves the problem .. job done !

But going from personal experience I think you need to get used to sending error reports to Microsoft .. that is if you stick with XP.

Nero 9 should work on XP but (having had problems with Nero on several computers myself) I'm not particularly surprised if it doesn't.

Uninstall Nero. Download and install Ashampoo Burning Studio Free, which is an excellent program:
