sounds to me like a standard popup, it's not part of windows at least.

check your computer for spyware would probably be the best thing i could advise, also if you use internet explorer, use mozilla firefox instead. hope this helps.

Hello, its a spyware/malware pop-up - what you would be best doing is downloading and installing Lavasoft Ad-aware and possibly Spybot - these should clear it out of your system (and are both free downloads - google these and they'll do the trick) .Mozilla Firefox is good for avoiding these in the future due to the inbuilt pop up stopper, but you would be better off getting these removed from your system.
