Sign In To Icloud

I have some sort of glitch on my iPad.
Every two seconds, (seriously!) a sign pops up asking me to sign in to iCloud. It doesn't matter if I sign in or cancel, back it comes over and over. It's driving me crazy. In typing these few sentences, it has come up fourteen times!
I went into setting and turned it off but still it pops up. Help!!!

The easiest way is to fully turn the iPad off and back on again.

Hold the home button and the power switch for 10 seconds until your iDevice reboots.
