Gigaset Phone C620

My phone will only ring with incoming calls if they are from a mobile, I have tried altering the settings but to no avail. It flashes if the call is from a landline and also tells me 'missed call' of course, but can't be watching it all the time!! :0) Has anyone any suggestions as to what might be wrong before I buy a new phone please?

Does it have a tone allocated to landline calls

I don't think so Ukbod how do I find that out then? It is about 3years old and has been fine up to this week :0(

Thank you for trying to help UKbod, but I already have that manual in my hand (those were the days when you got them with your appliance :o) and have tried doing that but altho' it sounds great when I save it, it just doesn't ring, or at least too quietly to be heard easily unless the call is from a mobile phone. Weird really........
