Tv Remote

I have a remote for my Sony TV RM-ED059 but I have no written instructions on the use and have tried using the options but I cannot follow them.
I need to see it in print so please help.

perhaps you could google in the remote's specifications, get that on screen then print it off?

The instructions for use will be included with those for the TV set, so it's the model number of that set (which will be on the back of it) which we really require here.

However a bit of googling suggests that this model uses the same remote control as your set, so the instructions should still apply:

did you get a cd with your set as i think all manufacturers do that now (its cheaper than a paper manual) instructions will be on that

A cd for a tv remote? Not in my experience.

the cd contains the manual for the complete tv set with remote, would have though you'd realize that ?
samsung / lg do cd's. my smart sony tv has it manual on board to view (accessed by pressing "view manual" on the remote)

my brother in law wanted a printer that didnt need a computer just plug and sd card in - the shop informed him that the one they sold him was ideal. The manual was on a CD - Doh
He asked me to print it for him 118 pages

ivor, tablets, smart phones, netbooks, many laptops and some desktops do not have cd/dvd drives.

well in this case HC they dont need one
and if ya dont have a cd /dvd drive you download the manual from the manufacturers web site.

i will add it's the most poorly designed remote if ever had, the "ring" in the middle has two outer rings and it's easy to catch the inner ring with the outer ring while using it,

Thanks for all help. Did not have a cd with the TV and I will try again. It is the recording and playing the recorded programs.
Too much information buttons on the remote and late to the technology age it makes it a 2 person task and then tempers get short.
