I'm having huge problems, being asked to sign in 5 times (not tHat I can remember my password - which is quite stressful. Also the print seems to have changed. At one point I was being refused entry and it all felt so complicated that I signed off. Just now been asked if I wanted my password to be saved. Will you please stop all this! Just leave it as it is, thank you.

It's (almost certainly) nothing to do with AB's server. The problem is with your browser, which appears not to be saving the cookies that tells AB's server who you are.

So you need to go into your browser's security settings and make the relevant change. (If you need help doing that, we'll need to know which browser you're using).

Done that jno. Buenchico, you are speaking a different language, but I am sure you are right. By 'browser' do you mean 'google'? I'm sorry, but I have tried and really do not understand any of this stuff. :)

no, the browser will be Internet Explorer or Firefox or Chrome or something like that - probably IE if you haven't downloaded another one yourself.

By 'browser' I mean Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari or whatever. Which one are you using? (The version number might help as well, e.g. Internet Explorer 9 or Firefox 39. If you've got File, Edit, View, etc across the top of your screen, go to 'Help > About [name of browser]' to get the version number).

Google is a search engine, not a browser. Your browser will be IE, Firefox, Chrome etc.

OK, thanks, all. I think it's Internet explorer - seems to be working OK at the moment. I don't have anything across the top of the screen except an advert for varifocals. I'll plod on and will go to 'help' if it appears. So nice to think I have some back-up in this strange new world. :0) xxx to all.
