Try this first. Settings/WiFi/ then touch your network name. At the top, touch Forget this Network. Go back to WiFi and rejoin your network
Is your iPad old. Mine is and occasionally drops out of network.

The iPad is 1 year and 4 days old but has been playing up for a couple of months.

I thought I had fixed it by turning off the wifi from the plug and it did help for a while but it is so bad now it isn't worth trying to get onto the internet.

I tried the fortget this network but it still does it.
Have you done the latest software upgrade Cassa. Go to Settings/General/Software Upgrade to check. That will (apart from upgrading the Software) reset the iPad. If you are up to date, then hold down the top button until the Power Off message comes up, the turn off your iPad, give it a minute or two then turn back on again by holding down the top button until the Apple logo appears.

Hi,

The only update is for Apple music but it is doing its update now.

When you say hold the top button is that the one next to the volume button? as it only has these two and the one on the face by the charger port.

Milvus, I did as you suggested and it appears to have worked
