Error Code Message

I'm getting this error code message 80070003 when trying to download widows updates and can't find out what it is or what to do. Would be grateful for any suggestions.

Uk I was checking to see if my computer was ok for Windows 10 and was prompted that their were some updates that should be installed first, thats when the update failed and I got the message. I will look into what you have sent, thanks. I'm not too bad with computers as long as it doesn't get too complicated :)

When you are ready to go please ask as there is a simple 2 step procedure to get it started once you have backed all your stuff up including favourites / bookmarks and finished installing all the non Win 10 updates.
