bought new o2 payg sim. called o2 they said take it to o2 shop and register there. i did that and shop said they cant do anything i need contact o2 customer services.

what can i do. i bought the sim from ebay gold numbers

Return the SIM to the seller. You can get an O2 PAYG SIM from O2 for free.

In my experience new PAYG SIMs are pre-registered, you just use them. I don't understand your description unless it is an old unused card they have removed as defunct.
