Does anyone know if radio programmes will be able to be downloaded onto a computer so they can be tansferred to an mp3 player or voice recorder. The new app is fine downloading to a phone or tablet but only lasts 30 days ,.I want to be able to download programmes onto a computer then transfer to my voice recorder , any suggestions welcome

You can play it on your computer at any time during the 30-day period...

Licensing restrictions prevent the BBC from making their programmes available on a 'permanent download' basis.
The only way around it is to play the program on your computer and record its output. The most commonly used program for that task is Audacity:
