Adobe Plugin Vulnerable

When I go to sell on ebay on my Windows 7 laptop, this window pops up, says my plugin is vulnerable, wanting me to update activate Adobe flash. Last time I updated Adobe I got Bing thrown in and couldnt get rid of it. I had to pay someone in the end. How do I update Adobe without getting these nuisance extras? Tia

The official Adobe Flash player download link is:-

When you go to that link there is an 'Optional Offer:' section in the centre of the page. Wait a few seconds until the 'Optional Offer:' area displays some offers and then uncheck / untick the box(es) next to the offers to decline / disable them and then click the 'Install now' button.

By declining any offers, Adobe Flash player should be the only item that gets installed.
