I have just installed wireless broadband on my computer. One user works OK and can access the internet. The other 3 user get a "Forbidden - Access denied..."  and something about a 'denied list' error message. Obviously the connection to the ASDL router is fine.

Can anone tell me what I am doing wrong, or what do I need to do to correct this. The Microsoft Knowledge site was not very clear in what to do - I am not a computer whizz kid. Thanks

A forbidden - access denied is normal due to a person try to access a forbidden web page. A router normally provides a web server for configuration management, this will serve up pages if you connect to the admin page, such as 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1 on the router and enter the admin user and password wrong, you will get this message. The other reason is you are going to a web page that you do not have access to.
I think the best bet is to get a computer wizard to set up the router properly, as you will be unsecured. Wireless needs encryption ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wifi#Security ) at mininmum.
Hope this helps
