Flat surface from freezer maggie. Not wet. Clean the screen first and warm up the T.V after that. Good luck. Have tissues to hand.

Togo. I did see this on line and tried it but it didn't work Have tried it again with a flatter frozen pack and it's a lot better. Thanks. Will be looking for new tv as it's 8yrs old.
