now you know the importance ...

and to be pedantic you dont use html to design web sites...its used to position and layout elements on a web page, the design can be in you head, or sketched on paper, photoshop,etc etc etc.

and then you use CSS amongst other things to style the pages/elements you have designed and placed on your page using html....
