Download Tv Programme From Computer To A Dvd

I missed a TV programme but i was able to download it to my computer from the station's player. Is it possible for me now to convert this downloaded programme to a DVD so that i can watch it on a television set?

You would need to burn the dvd in a format that your dvd player can play.

What make and model is it?

Cant you plug you computer into the TV and watch it that way?

If it is a laptop and it has a HDMI socket you can connect it to your TV via a HDMI cable.

You can do the same with a desktop PC but often a desktop PC is not near the TV.

Or you could watch it on your computer.

Sorry, i mean to put the downloaded TV programme on to a DVD + RW casette, not to a DVD player. I have it downloaded on to computer and just want to put in on to a blank DVD + RW. My computer is a Compaq Presario desktop.

So do you want to play the dvd disk in the dvd player plugged in to your tv?

If you just want to play it on the computer it will be no problem.

I can watch this ANY time i like on my computer. Maybe i did not explain in a clearer manner. I want to have it on a DVD +RW (or similar) so that i can give it to someone else or just keep it on a casette.

Hopefully you will have a dvd burner program on your pc.

I had a look at DVD Flick and uninstalled it - it hasn't been updated since 2010 and woulnd't work with my videos.

You might find that the programme is encrypted and can only be played with the Player. Also there may be a time limit for watching it - both of these are for copyright reasons.

If your video card in the computer has a tv-out option or your computer has a pc connection then you can play it from the computer onto the tv.

What modell computer and what model of tv?
