having been on the net for a number of years no and have always used the same username for everything i'm now starting to see a huge upswell of monkies, everything seems to have monkey in it or monkeys about it. i'm starting to feel theres a mass monkey bandwagon and the world and his dog are clambering aboard. why monkey, have chimp thats funny, cool, new and interesting but leave monkey alone , i cant understand it can anyone else?

It may have something to do with the famous sidekick of johnny vegas. He's the fat bloke who did the ITV Digital adverts with monkey (pronounced MUN-KEH)!!!
